You will receive an email with your ticket number, date and pickup time once you fill out the registration/rsvp form below. Print this email out AND BRING IT WITH YOU ALONG WITH YOUR PHOTO ID.
CHILDREN MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE TOYS. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: All applications/rsvp must be processed and approved by KIEDC. Submission does not guarantee that your application/rsvp will be accepted. You must meet the need criteria for approval.
All supplies will be distributed on a first come first serve basis while supplies last.
NO AGENCIES WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER PEOPLE, EACH INDIVIDUAL MUST REGISTER THEMSELVES WITH THEIR OWN EMAIL.
NO DUPLICATE EMAILS WILL BE ALLOWED. ONLY ONE SUBMISSION PER HOUSEHOLD.
